About Fans Scorecard

The Fan's Scorecard is a site to vote for Real Salt Lake's players throughout the 2008 Major League Soccer Season and 2008 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. You will be given the option to vote either anonymously or create a user to vote for each player in each game of RSL's season. However, there is a recommendation to create an account to assure that your votes are always counted. There are several steps taken to ensure people cannot vote more than once. If you have your own account, your ratings will be saved to your user. You will be able to see your old votes and you will never lose your vote due to overwriting rules.

As fans vote each game, this site will be calculating sums, averages, and more to display the top performing Real Salt Lake players of the year. This will give the fans a chance to show support for their players, and see what the rest of the fans think about players, as well.

If you are unsure about how to vote, I will give an outline to follow:
1 - should not play soccer with that performance
2 - should not play professional soccer with that performance
3 - might be able to play in USL
4 - horrible day
5 - had a bad day
6 - did a few things right
7 - looked pretty good, nothing special
8 - great day
9 - once in a season performance
10 - once in a lifetime performance
